Bioinformatics, Server & Simulation Training Module

This basic training module will develop the learning ability of Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning and provide root knowledge about how to perform these AI tools using python programming for students. Dive into the concept of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (ML) and learn how to implement advanced algorithms to solve real-world problems. This course will teach you the workflow of ML projects from data pre-processing to advanced model design and testing. By the end of the course the students will be able to determine the framework in which AI may function, including interactions with users and environments.
Objectives:
  • The Machine Learning with Python course aims to teach students/course participants some of the core ideas in machine learning, data science, and AI that will help them go from a real-world business problem to a first-cut, working, and deployable AI solution to the problem.

Module-1

Installation of Python on Anaconda Platform

• Introduction to installation of Anaconda
• Introduction to Python Editors & IDE's (Anaconda, Jupyter etc...)
• Overview of Python- Starting with Python
• Exploring different IDE for Python

Module-2

Data Types, Variables, String and Conditional Statement

• Primitive and Core Datatype
• Mutable and Immutable Data Types
• Core built-in data structures – Lists, Tuples, Dictionaries, Sets
• String built-in methods, String formatting using format function
• If – Else Statement | Single Hand if else

Module-3

Loops, Functions, File Handling and Comprehension in Python

• Loops: While Loop, For Loop
• Functions: Types of Functions with Examples
• File handling: Open file, read file, modify, delete file.
• List Comprehension, Set Comprehension
• OOPS: Concept of Class, Objects, Methods, Inheritance and its Types

Module-4

Data Visualization

• Introduction to Data Visualization | Installing Matplotlib and Seaborn
• Line Plot, Scatter Plot, Bar Plot, Histogram, Pie Chart, Box Plot
• Detecting Outliers, Heatmap

Module-5

Introduction to MySQL, User Management, Database and Table

• Installation, Introduction, Work, Features, Datatypes, Variable of MySQL
• MySQL Connection, Different Operations (Create, Manipulate, Delete, etc…)
